We are excited to share that Papagayo Beach Resort has successfully implemented Oracle Simphony 21.3, significantly transforming our operations and enhancing the guest experience. The implementation started on March 11, 2023, and we went live a month later. With a total of 6 revenue centers utilizing Micros Workstation 625 and tablets for the beach area, we have successfully enhanced our customer experience and increased revenue. Papagayo is working with Oracle Inventory since December 2023. We completed the installation of the inventory module, enabling us to manage our resources with precision, ensure constant product availability for our customers, reduce waste, optimize stock levels, and improve cost control in our F&B operations.
